Whitesbury Academy for the Gifted [A Mutant RP]

Whitesbury Academy for the Gifted is an intermediate to advanced role play site where students range from 16-18. Powers allowed include the manipulation of fire, ice, plant, earth, wind, water, electricity, psychic energy and dark energy. Just a few hours upon a plane, and you will arrive at the large, prestigious school; built from brick, ivy growing beautifully on the building walls. A pool, various sport fields, dorms, cafeteria, training grounds and more await the new students, who spend a full school year here, attending class and living with the other students.


T H E P L O T T H I C K E N S . . .
As the students live on campus, another threat grows. A large, organized group of mutants, proclaimed “The Black Hand” after the rebel group in history, are training and fighting daily as well. However, these mutants band together with the intent of doing harm, whether mental, or physical. The Black Hand also intends to do away with those who use powers for good—and one of their top targets is Whitesbury Academy. With the new year starting, The Black Hand has been crippled in their attack launched on the school in the past year, but has not been vanquished. What will happen as the Hand must make their rise again?


G E N E R A L
This is a non-canon site; it is pure fiction that has been contributed to by all the members. The powers listed above are the only ones available; however there can be instances where some students carry the genes that allow them to manipulate two elements rather than one. Unless "teachers" request it, there are no actual classes you must post in. Our characters range from age 16-18, and we now include alumni. The school is placed in England, but that does not limit the students to having to live in England. We also need teachers, and members/undercover agents of The Black Hand.
