Roleplaying With Younger Players

Just out of curiosity, do you think that it's okay for an older Roleplayer to be interacting with someone much younger than them?
For me personally, I do not mind roleplaying with anyone much older or younger than I. Do you guys have limits set? Or are you just mindful of how you interact with your partners? ^^
