Your Character’s General Appearance
He is a Skeleton with a few remaining bits of rotting flesh, particularly around the arms and face (think two-face from The Dark Knight). He has his entire skeletal structure which is always looking like it's going to collaspe at any time.
Appearance
His muscular structure is completely decayed, and his nervous system is completely gone, meaning that he can't fell pain.
****Physical:
He has cold dead eyes that appear to lack any light whatsoever. He also suffers from poor eyesight. He relies mostly on sound, smell, and air vibrations to find his surroundings.
****Clothing:
He wears a black, blue or gray shroud that covers his whole body, his feet are covered by wrappings of tan cloth
****Other Equipment:
He carries a five feet scythe that is mainly for clearing paths, he mainly uses knifes, garrotes, and guns when he wants to kill

Your Character’s Abilities
He can teleport but he can only do it after filing paperwork due to certain events that really angered the underworld government. He also can't technically die but he lacks any real strength due to being undead, as his muscles all decayed
Weaponry:
He is a skilled marksman and assassin. He carries around a Bren Light machine gun, a Nagant M1895 Revolver, and a NR-40 knife.
Skills and Powers
He is excellent at writing due to filing so much paperwork and has good interrogation skills, he is also able to teleport after doing paperwork, his powers are granted to him by the underworld government, which is also a flaw as they get very difficult to work with.
Your Character’s Background
He is a very mysterious character, no one really knows who he was before he joined the underworld. All we really know is that once he joined the team he ended up causing multiple incidents that ended with the deaths of hundreds or thousands. He had to be heavily regulated due to being extremally good at causing utter havoc.
Main Bio:
Mister Grim is a underworld assassin sent by the underworld government for their own purposes. He works for them because he fells alive. If he didn't work for them who would he be? He is also very terrible at math, science, and proper situational awareness. His commutation skills can be flawed at times, and he has problems with his ego and pride. He is also stubborn at times, which does lead to problems when in a debate.
